Gerrard International processes most orders received before 1pm the same working day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability. Orders placed after 1pm, on Saturday or Sunday or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
While we will endeavour to have your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods for orders with a UK delivery address. Due to current high demand orders may take 2-3 days longer than usual. International orders may be subject to slightly longer shipping times.
All purchases are subject to bank or credit card authorisation and approval prior to processing. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does meet these criteria.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once their status has changed to ‘processing’. If you have made an error in your order, please call us as soon as possible after placing the order on +44 (0) 345 217 1360. If your order was placed outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm) you must call us at open of business the following day. Any changes made may incur a 10% handling fee.
We hope you enjoy your online purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with a product ordered from us online, please notify us in writing by post or email and return it to us within 30 days, unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with your original receipt in order for us to refund your purchase (less postage and 10% handling fee) or send a replacement product.

Please package the product securely and send the parcel via an insured and prepaid method such as FEDEX to ensure safe and prompt delivery when you are returning or exchanging a purchase. Please include your packing slip or invoice number completed returns form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. We are not responsible for returned articles lost in transit. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
Please note that only items purchased on www.jessicacosmetics.co.uk may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store or other online retailer will not be accepted.
All refunds are credited to the original pay method.
When items are purchased as a set, we are only able to accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 14 working days from the time the return is received.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling +44 (0) 345 217 1360. If possible, the carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged product will be replaced.
